There have been multiple studies that show how physical activities can benefit a person’s health. This is true at any stage of your life, much so as you get older. As such, it is essential to take advantage of every opportunity to stay active.
In retirement homes in Oshawa, this can be a challenge during the winter season. The colder days make it more tempting to stay indoors. Sure, there are plenty of ways to stay active indoors. However, there is still something more revitalizing about going out under the sun.
